Traveling in her mind all the time

she and your host started travelling

in the real world as well,

looking for what was outside the

tiny realities of their childhoods

an institute

supposed to help you find

At some stage she began visiting

the best way of traveling in your own mind

It was of no help to her

all the trails the institute had to offer

were highly imaginable...

In one way however, it may have helped her:

to recognize all the directions

she should not go...

everywhere, in everything she does,

there is this longing

to leave...

to get outside...

to vanish...

to break away...

For years

All of a sudden she breaks down.

In one of her more lucid moments she says:

“I see myself dwelling along the streets for ever...

just a black shadow...”

And still, in the midst of sheer nothingness and doubt,

something is holding on

way beyond every imaginable trail

to escape the story telling

easy to catch

images...

it pours itself out into

the light

bright, effortless,

boundless

It is as if she had to go

through the tiniest of holes

in the dark

to finally find

the omnipresent light

already awaiting her

from early childhood onwards...

With no wings

to spread

her flight

becomes

swifter

more focused

sharper

more sensitive

more daring

than it had ever been

And so she glides

through the thinnest of airs

outside any radar

detached from any GPS

and finds the single one trail

among a billion others

that leads her

to the reds

yellows

greens

and blues

of...
